Alturos Destinations, a prominent travel tech software provider, is seeking to expand its dynamic sales team by recruiting an experienced Sales Manager for the DACH region. We specialise in creating cutting-edge solutions for touristic destination e-commerce marketplaces, incorporating elements of gamification and entertainment.

Alturos Destinations is part of the publicly traded Constellation Software Inc. (CSU) and belongs to the Juniper Group Portfolio.

Your tasks

  • Proactive Customer Acquisition
    • Independently acquisition of new customers for our innovative products (Mountain Destination OS Edition including Skiline services) through various sales channels
    • Generation, Identification and development of opportunities
    • Implemetation of targeted measues and sales strategies
    • Increase Market share and Market presence
  • Market Analysis
    • Monitor market developments and customer needs
    • Conduct market analyses to identify trends and opportunities
  • Event Participation
    • Actively participate and represent the company at sales events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Documentation
    • Usage of our CRM Tool Apollo to update regularly your Sales Funnel, maintain customer data and document customer visits
  • Collaboration and Reporting
    • regular reporting to VP Sales & Growth and Sales Director of respective region
    • close contact to our Product Management, Marketing and Operations Team

 

Your profile

  • Several years of experience in Sales, ideally in the DACH region, with proven success in new customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Experience in software industry, tourism and/or with cable car companies would be a benefit
  • Experience with sales of e-commerce / touristic Apps / travel distribution would be a great benefit
  • Persuasiveness and excellent communication & negotiation skills in German and English
  • High self-motivation and proactivity, with the ability to work independently and results-oriented
  • High willingness to travel regularly within the DACH region

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Italian would be a high benefit
